-How does your company ship orders?
We prefer to ship via FedEx Ground within the United States. We also offer shipping via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is free using these methods, as long as the merchandise in your order is valued at $300 or more.
-How much does your company charge for shipping in the United States?
We offer FREE shipping if we use our preferred method of shipping, FedEx Ground, as long as the merchandise in your order is valued at $300 or more. We can ship via an expedited method of shipment if needed. However, we would need to charge accordingly for this.
-How much does your company charge for international shipping?
We offer FREE shipping via Fed Ex International Economy Express which guarantees delivery within five business days. We also ship Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service FREE, as long as the merchandise in your order is valued at $300 or more. Most customers receive their shipments via the Postal Service within THREE to FIVE business days. Both services are offered free of charge, however the customer would be liable for any applicable inbound customs, duties and taxes.
-What if I need my order rushed?
Our policy is to print and ship within FIVE business days of order approval for all customers in the continental United States. The printing process is extented to SEVEN business days for International customers.
T Shirt1 can send a customer's order using expedited methods of shipping, such as UPS 2nd Day
Air, UPS Red, FedEx Priority and U.S. Express Mail. We will calculate the charge for this service and apply it to the customer's order.
-How can I track my shipments?
T Shirt1 makes tracking a customer's shipment(s) very easy and convenient. Our customer service staff checks the progress of the order daily for you to make sure the shipment is on time. At the time we ship the order, we also have an email sent notifying the customer that the shipment is on the way with the tracking number.
